REFUNDS

We make every effort to ensure your ordering experience with Room Service is a good one. However, if there is a problem with our service please contact us at (714) 465-7054 or via email at contact@roomservicebigbear.com so that we can resolve it as expeditiously as possible. If a refund is necessary, we require that you contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the food you have paid for.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Delivery information applicable to each restaurant is displayed on the online menu applicable to that restaurant. Please note that deliveries may vary based on the time of the day and the day of the week food is purchased. However, when you order, you will be provided with a delivery time estimate prior to completing your order. We cannot guarantee delivery times, but we will make every effort to ensure your order is delivered within the estimated time.

DISPUTES

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Room Service or to food items you purchase from restaurants listed on Room Service's site shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Big Bear Lake, California, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Room Service's intellectual property rights, Room Service may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of California, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise. To the extent any dispute you have with Room Service or its affiliates is determined to not be subject to the mandatory arbitration clause set forth above, you agree that any such dispute shall be decided by a bench trial, i.e. by a judge, and shall not be subject to a jury trial. In other words, by using this site, you agree that you are waiving any right you have to a jury trial if a dispute arises between you and Room Service and/or its affiliates. If you do not want to waive such a valuable right, then please do not use either Room Service's site or services.

SITE POLICIES, MODIFICATION, AND SEVERABILITY

We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time.
